It can be so difficult to see your teen struggle.

You know your teen so well that you can see they are having a hard time. You ask over and over again “what’s going on?” and you try to reassure them that they can tell you anything. You might feel frustrated by your inability to "fix" the situation or by your teen's resistance to tell you whats going on.

  • They don’t socialize like they used to

  • Irritability and mood swings

  • sleep and eating habits changes

  • Lose interest in the things they love like hobbies

  • Changes in their appearence
